Order Inquiries
For any questions about your order, please contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com. We’re happy to assist you with any concerns related to purchasing, shipping, or product information.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Packaging & Shipping Carrier
All orders are processed and packaged in-house to ensure maximum quality and discretion.
Shipments are odor-free, unbranded, and securely sealed.
We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage, but may use alternative carriers to ensure the most reliable delivery.
Free Priority Shipping
We offer free USPS Ground Advantage Shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts and before tax).
Compliance & Lab Testing
All products are manufactured in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
Each product includes a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid content and legal compliance.
Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional package guarantee that covers protected orders that are lost in transit or damaged in transit. It is added to your cart automatically. If you would rather go without it, choose "Checkout without protection" in your cart.
Claims are filed through the form on our Shipping Protection page, which lists the claim windows and what we need for each type of claim. Approved claims are credited to your account as store credit for the full value of the affected items. Protection claims are never paid as a cash refund or a reship.
Packages the carrier marks delivered are not covered. Once an order has left our facility, delayed or delivered shipments are the responsibility of the customer and the carrier, and lost or damaged shipments are covered only if Shipping Protection was on the order.
State Restrictions
We ship only to states where hemp-derived THCa products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and applicable state law.
We do not ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Vermont.
Orders placed to a restricted state will be canceled and refunded in full. We verify the shipping destination before fulfillment and reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped in compliance with state law.
This list changes as state laws change, and we update it as new restrictions take effect. Customers are responsible for confirming that these products are legal in their state before ordering.
Vape and hardware availability also varies by state. We may request additional documentation before processing an order, including proof of address and a valid government-issued photo ID.
Legal Disclaimer
While we make every effort to stay up to date on federal and state laws, it is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with their local regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not meet legal requirements.
Returns & Replacements
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
We do not accept returns once products have been shipped.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, per our Replacement Policy. Packages lost or damaged in transit are handled under Shipping Protection.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
