Order Inquiries
For any questions about your order, please contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com. We’re happy to assist you with any concerns related to purchasing, shipping, or product information.
Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM PST typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will ship the next business day.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Packaging & Shipping Carrier
All orders are processed and packaged in-house to ensure maximum quality and discretion.
Shipments are odor-free, unbranded, and securely sealed.
We primarily ship via USPS Ground Advantage, but may use alternative carriers to ensure the most reliable delivery.
Free Priority Shipping
We offer free USPS Priority Shipping on all orders over $150 (after discounts and before tax).
Compliance & Lab Testing
All products are manufactured in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis.
Each product includes a valid Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party lab to confirm cannabinoid content and legal compliance.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit. It's added to your order automatically — if you'd prefer to go without it, choose "Checkout without protection" in your cart.
If a protected order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, file a claim within 30 days of your order using the claim form on our Shipping Protection page. You'll need your order number and the email on your order; include a photo for damaged items. We'll reship your order free of charge (or refund any out-of-stock item).
Once an order has left our facility, responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments lies with the customer and the carrier unless Shipping Protection was on the order.
State Restrictions
We ship nationwide in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with applicable state and local regulations. Orders will not be fulfilled to states where hemp-derived THCa or Delta-9 THC products are restricted. Additionally, vape products vary by state. We may request extra documentation prior to processing an order, including proof of address and a valid government-issued photo ID.

While we make every effort to stay up to date on federal and state laws, it is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with their local regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not meet legal requirements.
Returns & Replacements
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
We do not accept returns once products have been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
