Return & Refund Policy
At Miracle of the Desert, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless explicitly approved by our team.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

You must request approval before sending any items back.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Submit a Request: Contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com with your order details and reason for return.

Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the item.

Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your exchange status. If approved, a store credit or replacement will be issued.
No Refunds After Shipping
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, we do not offer refunds for any reason.
Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements under the following circumstances:

The product arrives damaged or defective.

The wrong item was received.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@miracleofthedesert.com and provide:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the issue, including the product and packaging.

We do not replace items based on personal preference (e.g., flavor, smell, texture).

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.

Replacements are issued solely at our discretion.
