Return & Refund Policy

At Miracle of the Desert, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless explicitly approved by our team.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
You must request approval before sending any items back.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Submit a Request: Contact us at admin@miracleofthedesert.com with your order details and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: If approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send the item.
Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of your exchange status. If approved, a store credit or replacement will be issued.

No Refunds After Shipping

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped. Once shipped, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Wrong or defective items are replaced under our Replacement Policy. Packages lost or damaged in transit receive store credit under Shipping Protection.

Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements under the following circumstances:

The product is defective.
The wrong item was received.

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@miracleofthedesert.com and provide:

Your order number.
Clear photos of the issue, including the product and packaging.

Important Notes:

We do not replace items based on personal preference (e.g., flavor, smell, texture).
Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.
Packages lost or damaged in transit are handled under Shipping Protection, not this Replacement Policy. Approved claims receive store credit, never a cash refund or a reship. Claim windows are on the Shipping Protection page.
Replacements are issued solely at our discretion.
