Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is an optional safeguard you can add at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we'll make it right — fast, and at no extra cost to you.

What's covered

  • Lost in transit — your tracking shows it never arrived.
  • Stolen — tracking says "delivered," but it never reached you.
  • Damaged — it arrived broken or unusable.

How it works

  • If your order qualifies, we reship it free of charge. If something's out of stock, we'll refund that item.
  • Damaged? Snap a photo — it speeds things up.
  • Never arrived? Give it a little time first — carriers sometimes run a few days behind. If it's been 7+ days past the expected delivery date, file away.

How to file: within 30 days of your order — File a claim →. You'll need your order number and the email on your order.
