PO Boxes: We ship via USPS, which delivers to PO Boxes nationwide. Just enter your PO Box address at checkout the same way you would a residential address.

Military addresses (APO / FPO / DPO): Yes, stateside and overseas. Standard delivery times don't apply — APO/FPO orders typically take 2–4 weeks depending on location. We have limited tracking visibility once the package leaves the U.S. mainland; please plan accordingly.

Every order includes Shipping Protection unless you remove it — it covers your package if it's lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. (It's added automatically at checkout; you can decline it with "Checkout without protection" in your cart.)

If your order included Shipping Protection: File a claim within 30 days of your order using our quick claim form: File a claim →. You'll need your order number and the email on your order. For damaged items, include a photo. If it never arrived, give it 7+ days past the expected delivery date first (carriers sometimes run a little behind). We'll reship your order free of charge (or refund any out-of-stock item).

If you removed Shipping Protection at checkout: We're unable to replace or refund packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit — shipping carriers don't insure hemp products, so Shipping Protection is the only recourse. We recommend keeping it on future orders.

THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a naturally occurring cannabinoid found in raw hemp flower — most abundant in the trichomes, the resin glands on the outside of the flower. THCa is the precursor to THC.

When heat is applied (through smoking, vaping, or cooking), THCa converts to THC — a process called decarboxylation. The extra carboxyl group on the THCa molecule comes off when heated.

Every Miracle of the Desert product is hemp-derived and federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill (less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight). We publish a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch — see our COA page.

Yes, according to federal law, harvested THC-A hemp flower is legal. This stems from the 2018 Farm Bill’s distinction between legal hemp and illegal marijuana, which is based on delta-9 THC levels, not CBD or cannabinoid total content. Legally, harvested hemp, including its flowers and buds, is lawful if it contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, irrespective of the levels of THC-A or other cannabinoids like THC-A. Furthermore, the federal Controlled Substances Act excludes hemp from the definition of marijuana, meaning hemp is not classified as an illegal controlled substance under federal law. However THC-A may be restricted to certain states, see “Where do you deliver” above.

Once heated the molecular barrier is removed and is converted from THCA into THC and this unlocks its psychoactive effects. Vaporization or cooking achieves this instantly, while edibles require precise decarbing. Without heat, THCa remains inert — non-intoxicating until it's heated.
