RAFFLE GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Giveaway Period:

The raffle begins December 4, 2025 and ends December 6, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void.

Prizes:

One or more winners will receive the prize(s) described in the giveaway promotional materials (the “Prize(s)”). The exact number of winners and prize details will be as stated in the official giveaway announcement.

Eligibility & Restrictions:

• Participants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
  
• Giveaway is only valid in U.S. states where THC-A is legal.
  
• The Prize will not be shipped to the following states: California, Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
  
• Void where prohibited.
  
• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
  
• Only one (1) valid entry per person is allowed. Duplicate or multiple entries will result in automatic disqualification of all entries from that person.
  

How to Enter & Agreement to Terms:

• By entering, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  
• The organizers reserve the right to remove or deny any entry, at their sole discretion, for any reason.
  
• Entries must be truthful. Providing false or misleading information (including but not limited to age or location) will void the entry and may result in disqualification from future giveaways.
  

Winner Selection & Notification:

• Winners will be selected at random within a reasonable time after the Entry Period ends.
  
• Winners will be contacted using the contact method provided with their entry (e.g., email, social media direct message, or other method as applicable).
  
• If a winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

  Prizes must be claimed as instructed by the organizers. Failure to follow the claim instructions or to claim the Prize in the time specified may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the organizers may select an alternate winner.
  

Rights, Modifications & Disclaimers:

• The organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, including if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
  
• By submitting an entry, you grant the organizers a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and share your entry content (including any username/handle) for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, without additional compensation.
  
• The Prizes are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, the organizers and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

  You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizers and their affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your participation in the giveaway, your violation of these Terms & Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
  
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the organizers are located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  

Entire Agreement:

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the organizers with respect to this giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating to the giveaway.
